How can I maintain my relationship or make it last forever?

Well, to answer you all, if you want to make your relationship last forever; commit your relationship to God first. Let him be it's foundation. Then learn to pray together, respect each other, support one another in all ways, be patient to one another, encourage  and motivate each other. Try to understand one another. When you are in wrong accept your mistakes and then swallow your pride and ask for forgiveness. And when your partner ask for forgiveness have a merciful heart and forgive them. When your partner irks you in anyway say it out to them, don’t pile anger. Show appreciation towards each other. Learn how to compromise and avoid being defensive all the time. Maintain good communication between each other; make sure you always check on one another throughout the day (text or call on each other) it will show that you always think and care about the other. Make time for one another. Avoid listening to bad rumors. Be creative in your own way (once in a while surprise your partner). Be proud of one another. Avoid fake and misleading friends. Don't publicize your relationship secrets or goals instead share them with your partner. Keep dating one another. Love one another. Always fullfill your promises. Be a good listener. Be loyal and trustworthy. Cherish every moment you have and lastly but not the least be your partner's best friend.

When you put all those things into practice and they become your second nature, trust me your relationship will be happiest and the strongest of all and you will enjoy it to the fullest. Just give it a try.  — Fred Bella
